    Absolutely lovely environment, was booked as part of an emergency appointment for my son via 111 and I can't praise the practice enough reception and waiting area is so clean and well maintained and the young lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming did not feel out of place at all. The dentist and nurse were very friendly listening to my son and my self and made sure cause of treatment was explain. Don't think I have ever been to a nicer dentist.

    Absolutely amazing dental practice. I have had an awful dental phobia where I’d cry, have panic attacks etc. before an appointment. Because of that I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time. James is amazing, he’s caring and very respectful. He keeps me constantly at ease. I feel safe and comfortable which I have never felt with a dentist before. Lottie was incredible too, very friendly and helpful. She was updating me on the process and telling me I’m doing great which really helped me. She gives off a very warm and friendly energy which for someone that’s so anxious like me is very helpful because it made me feel much more relaxed. I am finally starting to gain confidence in my smile again. I am extremely grateful. Never in my life have I felt so comfortable and relaxed at a dentist.     Arrived at practice door was locked and not answered for 10 minutes as they were conducting a fire drill. Door was then opened we were informed there was a drill and left to wait in rain for a further 5 minutes. This is a one off as otherwise practice is excellent
