As soon as I walked in the receptionist was fantastic. Very welcoming. The dentist made me very relaxed and professional. I felt I was in good hands. I highly recommend the team. Very happy with service. Glad I chose this practice.
I am absolutely petrified of the dentist so when attending my first appointment I was extremely nervous. But the receptionist ( i think her names christine) was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. When meeting my dentist Osian and his assistant ( again sorry I forgot her name ) , I told them of my fear and straight away they made me feel calm and made sure I was ok throughout. I really can't thank them enough and im so glad i have found a dentist I feel comfortable going to. It makes a huge difference when you feel listened to and understood, thankyou!
My son was seen by Asillia & Cheyenne to say he has some challenges with his neuro diverse issues in which his anxieties will be through the roof is defo & understatement. However the whole team were brilliant and not did he have a check up but agreed they would treat him same day which worked fantastic for my sons anxieties . Thank you so much all for your understanding & patience. you were brilliant
Just want to give my thanks to my dentist. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to treatment. But I can honestly say I was made to feel very relaxed. I’m the sort of person who would have treatment then leave it till I need more . But this time I’m very happy to continue with treatment needed thanks to my dentist. So thanks you so much Paul
Absolutely brilliant practice Christine and Lisa on reception very efficient. Hajira and dental staff explain all procedures clearly and make you feel very relaxed and provided a pain free appointment.... just what you need from a dentist!!
From the lovely receptionist Christine to Dentist Shilpa and assistant Georgia my nerves at seeing a dentist after too many years of avoiding it were easily calmed and in no way was I made to feel ridiculous. Shilpa couldn't have been more gentle and every step was explained.. I feel much more relaxed about my ongoing treatment and wish I'd gone to this practice much sooner.
My first visit which I was nervous about. I was met by very helpful and informative staff. It was really nice to find a dentist that is understanding and explains well your possible problems, treatments etc.
I joined this dentist just before the pandemic, and after not attending a dentist for several years as I’m a very nervous patient. I had lost so much confidents in myself and would not smile with my mouth open in pictures anymore. This dentist are very welcoming , reception staff are lovely and Hajira and dental nurses made me feel at ease and gave me my smile back. She tells me everything she will be doing and she’s so gentle. I am still nervous but I actually look forward to going now. I would highly recommend this dentist. All the staff and the other dentist lady are fab. Thankyou to all of you !
