After some awful experiences with dentists as a child I have always had a phobia about dentists, and not been a regular attender. When my daughter was getting married I took the bull by the horns and booked an appointment with Charlie. He was so kind and understanding, and he and Eleanor put a plan in place and I have never missed an appointment for the last 12 years! The staff are all wonderful - from the moment you step through the door, and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been too. My tooth fell apart and my original dentist couldn’t fit me in for over a week and Pontcanna Dental Care fitted me in within 48 hours. I felt so relaxed in their care, they took their time to put me at ease and the procedure to rebuild my tooth as pain free. They let me know everything they were doing in a kind and reassuring way. And, you don’t need to stare at a blank white ceiling either, they have TV mounted with an aquarium feature to keep you distracted. I was so relaxed and pain free, I was able to go to work straight after – no one knew I’d been to the dentist. Thank you for the excellent care I received today. Needless to say, I’ll be back when my next check up is due.
I’ve been at Pontcanna Dental Care for many years now I can whole heartily say I will never leave, it’s more than a dental surgery, it’s a place to ensure you remain healthy complete with the highest of service from all members of staff, in my eyes it is the best there is out there. For anyone who isn’t a patient here, take my advice and join and I promise you will not be disappointed.
