   I am an extremely nervous patient and Victoria, Kelsey and the team were all so kind and really put me at ease. I won't say the extraction was my favourite experience, but it was painless, quick and as stress-free as they could possibly make it for me. At all times I felt like I was in control and if I was uncomfortable they would stop and check I was ok. I really recommend this practice for anyone who is nervous or worried about dental work.

   I am someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist but Victoria and her dental nurse made my visit the best it could be! Still traumatic but they helped me relax and make my experience bearable. Thank you ladies! ( A visit to the dentist could never be 5 stars !)

   Our little girl was in pain and not registered with an NHS dentist due to the very long wait list. We found Parkside after some research as it was her first visit. Victoria was amazing. Patient, kind, explaining everything to our little one and advising of the best course of treatment for her. I’d have no hesitation in going back to Parkside or recommending to anyone.    I've had a very positive experience with this dentist (Victoria). I'm a new patient (since Apr '23) and am very impressed so far. All treatment has been explained and costed in advance, and Victoria explains what she's doing as she goes along, which has given me confidence. Appointments have been punctual, and the team are super-friendly too. Happy to recommend.

   I am an extremely nervous dental patient and hadn’t been to the dentist for years. The whole team at Parkside Dental Practice are so kind, calm and (most importantly) patient. It has made such a difference and helped massively with my fear of going to the dentist. I am also very happy with the work they did- having had no pain or issues throughout the procedure, or afterwards. I will now go for my check-ups every 6 months!

   Having avoided going to dentist for many years a broken tooth eventually persuaded me to find a new dentist having moved to Cardiff since my last visit. I asked around my neighbours and was recommended Parkside Dental Practice. I was not disappointed! After four successful visits the tooth was saved and is now repaired with a crown, which is virtually invisible, two painless filings and a hygienist session I am now back on track with dentist visits! I would strongly recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a dentist.

   The team at Parkside Dental practice are warm, welcoming and friendly. From my first interaction with them, everything has always been seamless (for example, the ease at being notified of cancellation appointments has been fantastic). As someone who is not a huge fan of going to the dentist, Victoria has been great at providing me with a balanced approach on treatment options and always takes the time to explain things clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients getting the best outcome and makes you feel very relaxed throughout the entire appointment.
