   I phoned on Wednesday worried that I may need a filling due to suddenly getting pain. The next day I had an appointment for 5pm with Ben. I was then called at 3pm and invited to go earlier. My dentist Thoroughly checked gums and teeth, then took some x-rays, all was okay. Such a relief. Probably spent 5 minutes maximum in the waiting room before being seen. So pleased thank you all

   Dreadful. Cancel appointments when they feel like it, no explanation given but not too happy when you miss a few appointments within the last 3 years and boot you off their NHS patient list. They change your dental practitioner without telling you, also. Good luck.

   Mr. Keith Morgan is a highly skilled dentist who has fantastic experience at relaxing patients with his confidence and humour. His professionalism is outstanding and the whole surgery and staff are an excellent reflection of his manner and attention to detail. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

   Can't believe how I was treated here went via NHS out of hours and was told only getting £14 worth of work. Dentist was rude and left half of tooth in that he was supposed to remove and I ended up going to a different dentist to have the rest removed. I had paid towards a private follow up appointment here which was cancelled owing to covid. I had not rebooked because of the experience I had but eventually plucked up the courage to complain. The staff member I first complained too was really nice, she changed the dentist and said that because of the issue and the fact that I had already paid, they would honor this and I would t have to pay again for the appointment. I went to the appointment and saw the new dentist who was lovely, very thorough and also put me at ease. We arranged a plan to fix some issues and I actually had for a minute forgotten how bad I had previously been treated here..... UNTIL I had an email saying I hadn't paid for my treatment. I phoned them back and explained it to the receptionist, she said okay we will get in touch if any issues. I had an email yesterday saying that they cancelled my appointment because I haven't been in touch. Called to complain and went through all of it again. The Practice Manager was rude so I will go somewhere else!

   Had a emergency, popped there paid cash £240 and told noting wrong , so I was still in pain I went to doctors, doctor told me to go back as dentist missed something out when I phoned back I was asked to pay £140 over phone so I did , when I went there then told to pay another £140 on top again (£480) now , told nothing wrong again so , then I went to second dentist for a opinion when I got there I was told there was a big crack in one of my teeth there for having to have a tooth removed second dentist wondering why malpas dentist did not pick up on any of my mouth in the first place the same as the doctor said the same thing my best and this is just a rip-off to take your money under skilled dentists . Then told would not refund my money after nothing was done , watch the dentist here don't no what there looking for , just after you cash more then your health, after new dentist mouth all good and pain less then half what malpas dentist asked for ,,,shame on this dentists...

   Malpas dental Care are the largest group of professionals I have ever seen. It's just the best. It's a safe and proficient environment. Where both the dentist's 'and' reception are equally professional. Communication is consistent and informative. You just can't go wrong! Highly recommend. x

   Very very nervous of dentists, first time visiting them and Morgan was absolutely amazing. She explained what she was doing and was so gentle I couldn’t feel a thing. Recommend this dentist so much I don’t know why I even worried!!☺️☺️

   I was really happy with my first visit to Malpas Road. First impressions were great! Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Just great. I even got a phone call to warn me not to rush because an emergency patient might delay my appointment by a few minutes. The dentist and nurse were also welcoming and friendly. Really put me at ease. Also, appreciated that the dentist did not apply any pressure to accept very expensive treatment.
