Nicole Hunt at Insight Law did the conveyancing for the sale of my mum's house, using my power of attorney, after my mum went into a care home. This was obviously a difficult time but Nicole was very helpful and responsive and dealt with any issues that arose efficiently and as speedily as possible. I have to say I was initially reticent about using a non-local online firm recommended by our agents for our rental property sale Conveyencing, but Grace and Annaise at Insight Law were absolutely ‘on it’ from the start without wasting time and messing people about with unnecessary delays as many solicitors seem to do these days - well in my experience anyway apart from one local firm I’ve dealt with recently. Such a great supportive team they got. Especially, Mr Danial Lander and Ms Felicity from the commercial team, who were always supportive and patient in explaining every single thing to us. It was very easy to get hold of them on the phone. During our commercial property purchase process, we were at a point where seller's side gave literally some hours to complete the exchange that too in a short notice, which was perfectly and professionally handled by Danial's team promptly. We bought a house with Insight law acting as our solicitor. We were based in China during the purchase so things did not run as smoothly as we had anticipated, especially in regard to funds transfer. Rebecca Kinsey and Honor Cole helped me with the conveyancing for my first home and were faultless, nothing was too much trouble and I had prompt and informed responses to any queries I had. My previous assumptions of solicitors were that they act on matters with no urgency and I would have to chase for periodic updates, however I can assure you that this is not the case with Rebecca and Insight Law - I’d definitely recommend!
