   I had a terrible experience with Albany Solicitors. I paid the full fee for my application but later decided not to proceed. Despite this, they unfairly deducted £120 from my refund without actually doing anything meaningful for me. Their justification for this charge was completely unreasonable. The solicitors are not highly literate, and the service was unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for fair and competent legal assistance, I strongly suggest going elsewhere!

I have utilized services under the guidance of solicitors: Sara Chang Kee, of the Cardiff office and Kate Hawkins, of the Bristol office. And, I can say that their services are beyond efficient and effective in dealing with Immigration. Whether you are filing from abroad or filing in the UK (I have experienced both), you can really rely on them. Their expertise is impeccable. They are very good at listening, understanding, explaining, and keeping you posted on the current status of your application; which in turn, helps alleviate the immense amount of stress when going through the immigration process. I highly recommend their services.
