We used Natasha Hearn to extend our lease on our shared ownership property and then to sell that property and buy our new house. Used Humphreys & Co for conveyancing (sale and onward purchase), having been very pleased with using them for a purchase in 2013. Price was much the same as others. Natasha was great and very thorough. May not be the fastest outfit but I never felt like anything was going to be missed and got the impression that everything was gone through with a fine-toothed comb. They maybe lacked experience with dealing with weird leasehold properties in Sheffield but you can hardly blame a Bristol conveyancer for that. If I was still local, I would use again.
