   After an incident, my union representative put me in touch with their solicitors. The solicitor assigned to our case was Ian Cross and his assistant William Pym. The incident, and the formalities that followed were extremely stressful. I am so grateful for both Ian and Will and everything they did for us. They listened to our worries.
