Worst hairdressers ever. I went with my wife there. My wife asked for medium hair cut in layers. She showed also pictures to that lady. That lady say only YES, YES and destroyed my wife's hair. I had to go to another hairdresser trying to fix the mess. That lady has no idea about lady's hair.
I did my hair color which was awesome and i fully satisfied with the service from Pooja.
one lady working and it takes her 25mins to do a face wax lol. either get more workers or train your staff better. the parlours filling up with customers and the lady's there gossiping taking her time. Beyond a joke. Will avoid in the future. many other eyebrow places nearby. avoid this one at all costs.
Worst manicure I've had, unfortunately. The lady did not remove my cuticles and brushed it off when I asked her. The tools used did not look sanitized. And my gel manicure chipped only 12 hours afterwards. The staff were friendly and maybe their other services are good, but I would not recommend this place for nails at all!
I visited Pooja's salon in Foleshill a few days to get a hollywood wax. I was very pleased with the amazing service by Rubena and the great result! She did a very good job, taking care to not cause any pain or discomfort. It really felt easy and I was very happy with the clean result. Also, did not take long at all. I would highly recommend a hollywood wax and eyebrows here from Rubena. She is an expert beautician and very reliable. The only slight negative was that I found the hollywood wax a little expensive here, I have paid cheaper for this in other places with equally good service. Thanks.
Im not going back. 1. Her staff ptetended they didnt know what I was saying. 2. Long waits. Not very nice in there. Staff had a bad cold yet still eorked.
I went to have a facial today, they put my in a very dirty and wet bed covered with a used towel and hairband from the previous client, the lady started my facial using some product, when I asked she didn’t reply properly to me, she kept managing other clients while I was there waiting for her. She hasn’t done any sort of massage. Scrub and mask were done and removed with toilet paper! Extremely disappointed from the whole experience. The hygiene level are extremely low and equal to zero. Won’t suggest to anyone who wants to do a facial!

Went for a facial and was so cold in the room. One lady was doing my facial and my sisters and someone else’s eyebrows at the same time. It was NOT relaxing at all and wouldn’t recommend it. I agree with previous comments they don’t talk in English and talk about other people. The prices are all over the place and not different price for some and different for others. I wouldn’t even rate it a star. My sis question about the diamond facial as what they do is not the correct facial and worst part was at the end she wiped my face with toilet roll
