Employees running around the store packing orders push you out of the way, ask you to move out of the way so that they can pack click and collect/ delivery orders, whilst putting me off buying products. Customer is never first anymore. Selling Food in freezers are 75% defrosted as they are sat on trolleys for long periods waiting to be put into freezers.

Big grocery store. Have outside big parking space. Needs to be a bit more precise with price tags especially if daily use items are in offers . Otherwise it take long delay in asking price if no tag price is mentioned. Overall good.

I’m really disappointed with this product. I was making tea and as soon as I heated it, the milk immediately separated and turned bad — even though the expiry date clearly says 15th December. This is completely unacceptable, as the milk was stored properly in the fridge. It not only ruined my drink but also made me worry about the quality and safety of the product.

This store is absolutely rubbish – hardly any variety of products, and the customer service is appalling. Staff are rude and unprofessional. After waiting in line and placing my items on the belt, I was abruptly told the till was closing and asked to remove everything and join another queue. To make matters worse, the staff member then proceeded to serve someone of his own race instead. This behaviour is completely unacceptable – discriminatory, unprofessional, and disgraceful. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place.

When I arrived in Bradford, I had nothing but fear and memories of a place I could no longer call home. War had taken too much. But in the midst of uncertainty, I found something simple and beautiful: The Food Warehouse on Manningham Lane. It may sound strange to speak of a supermarket with such emotion, but when you have fled chaos and are starting again with almost nothing, places like this become lifelines. The first time I stepped inside, I was overwhelmed — not just by the size or the variety, but by the sense of order, safety, and welcome. The shelves are full and affordable, with everything from frozen meats to fresh vegetables, and brands I’m starting to learn are trusted here. I can buy big portions to feed my family without emptying what little I have. I even found spices and rice that remind me of home. It brought tears to my eyes, in the best way. More than the food, it’s the feeling. No one looked at me with suspicion. I was just another person buying bread, potatoes, nappies for my baby. That might not sound like much, but when you’ve been treated like a ghost for so long, it matters. The staff may not know my story, but their smiles and patience were gifts I did not expect. For someone like me, even that is healing. Thank you, Food Warehouse. You don’t know it, but in your aisles I found the beginning of hope

They have some really good products. It is cheaper than some places, and the quality is great

Certainly will not be going back. Did not find prices any cheaper than elsewhere. In fact a lot were dearer. Plenty of staff wandering about except at checkout. Only 1 on tills, long queue. Difficult to explain but the whole shop had a weird "atmosphere"

Prices are not as cheap as for the service we received not worth it ! Approaching the checkout lady was on her phone then touched our food. First of all you should not have mobile phones on checkout where you working with cash. She never acknowledged us not even hi how you doing nothing at all . Definitely not returning with service like this one

Run by Iceland this warehouse is a new build and consideration for disability is very visible here . The store itself can be approached from two directions . One is of Manningham Lane itself , and the other is via A6181 Hamm Strasse turning onto Houghton place . It is a business park and has a good amount of parking . There are however only 4 disabled parking bays here. Two immediately to the right of the main entrance and two more in front of entrance on first row of spaces . Mother and baby parking also here. There are three trolley bays that I could see but the one directly in front not done yet. There are no dropped kerbs directly to store from disabled spaces on the right but to be fair they had made the whole concourse at the front a dropped kerb . So from there on in the whole surface is flat and level . The entrance door is glass and slides left and right automatically on approach . Also please not that on the left hand door is a disability Bell . If you need help when you get to the store press the bell and someone will come to your assistance .(see pic) The exit is located at the far end of the building behind the checkouts . The first thing I noticed is the space to move around ! My wheelchair is large , but I was able to travel freely right around the store even where the staff were putting out stock and dodging the promotion bins in the aisles . Everything seems larger here and there are catering and laundry packs galore. I counted 10 rows of freezers then a few of general supermarket goods . I’m sure you’ll appreciate I couldn’t photograph everything and I couldn’t see into the freezers from my lowered height. I did notice tho that there were 5 freezers allocated to “Slimming World “ !! There are 6 checkouts , 2 of which are designated for disability as they are wider aisles. There are NO public restrooms/toilets on site. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Apologies for the standard of pics . They are all from a wheelchair and even tho it appears from them the store was empty this was not the case . It became busier as the afternoon progressed so I may have missed a few things . However I hope this gives you an insight of what this new store is like
