The staff member we dealt with was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills, don't know how he even has a job dealing with the public.
This store has one member of staff with a bad attitude who even went as far as to tell me to shop somewhere else, he was there tis morning and even repeated himself shouting at me as i walked away. Sad to say after switching my allegiance from co-op to Tesco I'll now be going back to using every store expect Tesco. Shame as i was calling in twice a day. I wont name him but was it was today 2/6/2023 at 6.30am
Absolutely disgusting service, never any stock and the very small amount they do have is ridiculously priced, why is it ok to charge extortionate prices because your a smaller store, AVOID AT ALL COSTS OVERPRICED NO STOCK AND BE CAREFUL WITH DATES ON THE FRUIT AND VEG, WASTE OF TIME, GLAD WE HAVE SALTAIRE LOCAL UP THE ROAD, much cheaper better range of alcohol and groceries.

Nice staff, well stocked with decent range for an express, clean and tidy. Usually not busy.
