   This is the third time I collected a parcel for them to be unable to find it. I started having sent here after the parcels being stolen from the door step. The staff attitude is to shrug, ask 3 times if Im sure its this Tesco! even after showing them the photo of a member of staff taking it in. If you offer a service at least take responsibility for it.

   I've come to this shop for years but unfortunately it's gone somewhat down hill. In the mornings at random times the shop will be closed, a very poorly written sign is on the front of the shop saying closed due to wagon tip. No apology on the notice or from staff upon opening. This has been happening more frequently, for example today at 9.00am, i along with many others, had to wait for twenty-five minutes until the shop would open (even though it should already be open 6am till 11pm). I feel that tesco needs to provide more staff to avoid the closure during opening hours, or the wagon tip should be arranged during closed times. Also a foul smell is detected from air-conditioning in the chocolate and sweet isle. I have always found the shop to be an excellent convenience shop, but recently it's disappointing. I hope tesco can sort out these issues and restore it to be a reliable shop once more.

   Store is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Handy to pick up items on way home or when needed. Stock is limited, tesco home brand are not stocked on certain items. Club card discounts have been taken away from some popular products. Most items are slightly dearer than the main supermarket. All considering it's local and handy

   This is my local go to shop ..lovely staff opens till 11 pm clean easy access good parking and fully stocked ..also clean and tidy has self service as well as manned tills n never too busy ..never waiting long to be served

   Went in Sunday about 4.00pm not a single staff wearing a mask. Half the people (if not more) that came in the store didn't wear a mask. Every time I vist the disabled spaces taken by people useing the cash machines. All staff very polite though a credit to Tesco.

   Today, I lost my spare set of car keys and, in desperation, phoned the store and a female member of staff found them. She really did save my skin and I cannot thank her enough. I will be more careful in future:)
