   I would like to raise awareness about a checkout staff member named Mudassar. I’ve noticed that he tends to look at women in a way that feels uncomfortable and inappropriate. He has done this in my case as well.This has made my shopping experience uneasy, which is disappointing because I chose Tesco for its reputation for excellent customer service. While he seems very sweet with his fellow Tesco staff, I hope the management takes action on Mudassar and reminds all employees that customers deserve better respect and professionalism. This is a sensitive matter, and I just want to ensure that Tesco remains a place where everyone feels safe and comfortable while shopping. I hope tesco values it's customer.

   Only pop in now and again if we have to as they stock certain products we like but if it wasn't for that I'd avoid it like the plague . Just visited and mortified to see folk in their pajamas and dressing gowns at 13.30, why aren't they denied entry, surely that's no acceptable in a food establishment, come on Tesco get a grip !.

   Lovely staff members..would like to send a massive thank you to laraine at the kiosk and Steven who works at the self service checkout! See them regularly on a moring. Always welcomed with lovely smiles and 'Good Moring' and seen off with a 'have a good day' from both of them..you guys are amazing..true shining examples of what staff should be..all the staff at valley rd are lovely and helpful, but these two stand out! Keep up the hard work and thank you larraine and Steven!!!

   I have not shopped here in a while, it looks like the clothes bit has shrunk? Otherwise the food is always great here and its never packed out great meal deals and produce, just called in for some missed shopping items, lady on the tills very nice and pleasant.

   It's okay. Decent stock but not much variety. Prices have skyrocketed recently. Staff aren't really friendly. One guy, Ram, I think his name is, spoke to me like I was a child when I began packing my shopping away believing that I had not scanned my bag when, in fact, I was using an old reusable one. Beggars are ALWAYS outside the store. People open products and just put them back on the shelf. I was perusing the spirit aisle when I noticed a bottle of Laphroaig had been opened; clearly someone had a swig out of it and just put it back on the shelf.

   Come in store yesterday 13/01/23 around 6pm woman working on the till named sally very very rude absolutely no customer service skills when dealing with customers giving dirty looks most definitely a racist person because was perfectly fine when dealing with someone of her own skin tone and this is not the first time it’s happened with needs sacking or something for sure hope you do actually act on this as a lot of south Asians go to the Bradford Forster sq store don’t know how shes talking and treating to the elderly of our community will not be spending my money with tescos no more that’s for sure despicable behaviours from an absolutely disgusting excuse of a human being

   Me and my partner ordered online from this store, was suppose to delivered between 5-6pm and no contact from either driver or store to say they were here and then to find that the driver supposedl he couldn't deliver, now having spoken to customer service I now have to wait till Thursday, which means having to rush about from work to make sure we're home, shocking

   Customer Service is shocking! Staff are rude. And the store it’s self doesn’t have much food option! Ready meals are always the same stuff. Self serve staff at the quick checkouts are rude and always lurking about! Will be taking my service elsewhere… poor service!

   The customer service is appalling. The price at checkout was higher than the displayed price and when I highlighted it to the customer assistant, she just put the item back into stock and didn’t even attempt to understand or resolve the issue. I feel sorry for the customers who overpaid without even knowing that they were being overcharged.
