Butchers closed, fish counter closed, cafe closed…veg with short sell by dates. Yesterday’s freshly made bread only out, new was still in the cages. This place has really gone downhill.
Placed an order through deliveroo and few of the items are completely different, not even the tiniest bit the same. Instead of cesar dog food, I received Sheba cat food. Instead of bed mats for a baby, I received pads. Idk who’s in charge of doing these orders, but they got absolutely no common sense.
Always check your receipt. Morrisons are useless at charging you the correct price especially on discounted items/More Card offers and also useless at having the correct shelf price tag next to the right item. The 3 photos from 1 quick visit on 14/5/25 shows water priced at £20.83/100ml which makes the 6x2L bottle pack £1249.80!, a £4.50 jar of beetroot in the pickles and sauces section that turned out to be a price for a duvet set and a £1 tag for 4 cans of beer that was actually for macaroons. Why don't they check these things? As ever, shoddy attention to detail to the customer's detriment...
Usual items for sale as well as own brand range. The bakery is excellent and sometimes there are yellow sticker deals on many things at big discounts. The fishmonger has a wide selection as does the pizza and bakery section.
Went to self checkout , light starts to flash for assistance staff too busy chatting to be bothered to come and check, another staff member shouts to the lady twice that assistance is needed ,still carries on chatting. Then when I go and ask for her to switch it off denies even chatting away. Poor service, rude staff and definitely will not be shopping there ever again.
Excellent for my needs. Own branded and savers produce is tastier than most, if mot all other supermarkets own brands foods. Only thing that let's store down is attitudes of staff on self checkout tills. Rude and curt replies to simple questions, or having a member of staff come to validate my age! Other than some staff members attitudes, this is one of the better shopping experiences I've had. Thank you Morrisons for your good buys, cheap buys and deals!
Another store succumbing to the self check out........ don't the managers see the que to use cashiers while there are vacant self checkout tills. Start giving customers what they want - staffed tills & not this self checkout rubbish.
Super doper (excellient) store for house hold items. Spacialy fresh veg & fruit. Price are cheep other then any supermarket. Pharmacy and opticians service as well wasy busy still staff was polite and helpfull must recommended.
This is one of Morrisons larger stores and has a large car park .Entry to this is via Rushton Avenue . As you swing in the petrol station is on your right . As you drive up towards the store itself it’s on your right front and disabled parking bays are not well signed . Drive past the main doors and there are several disabled parking bays here. There are two large main entrances with large wide automatic doors . Inside there is another set of automatic sliding doors to access the store . In front of you there is an Amazon locker and next to that is the customer service area which is constantly manned . If you do not wish to go into the revamped store turn right behind the tills and you will find the customer toilets ,the cafe, pharmacy, opticians and party corner . In the store itself there is now the familiar market street and on the outer walls around the store you will find the butcher,baker, fishmonger etc .There is also a NUTMEG department . There are self service tills and manned tills . I couldn’t take too many pics as the store was extremely busy
