   After receiving a reasonable quote for conveyancing work, I followed up with a telephone call to attempt to secure a quick face to face meeting in order to discuss a couple of pertinent issues. The lady on reception lacked manners and professionalism and told me that any communication would have to be conducted through e-mail. For this reason I have found another Solicitor who is happy to facilitate a face to face meeting and free half hour consultation before I part with any money. - Would not recommend.

   Disgusted with the Cheltenham Office. They are forcing conveyancing services on me in a probate case. They have pushed me around and causing me a huge amount of stress in a sad time. I am very very unhappy with their service so far!!
