   I had an amazing experience with Jamie, the senior hairstylist. From the moment I sat in the chair, he made me feel completely at ease. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and clearly knew exactly what would suit my hair type and face shape. The cut and styling were perfect — easily one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. Jamie is friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled.

   I had a brilliant experience with Ellie. She was the most wonderful and helpful. Had amazing attention to detail and understood exactly what I wanted when I could barely put it into words. She taught me an easy way to style my new bangs and talked me through picking the best hair products! Ellie was welcoming and lovely from the start and I will definitely be back!

   Really disappointed in the service here. I have used Toni&Guy salons across the country for years and this experience has completely turned me off. First visit was a trim and blow dry to test it out - went well, despite running very over time. On my second visit I decided to go for a shorter cut, whilst I liked the length I left the salon with partly wet hair as Jamie had ran out of time and chose to defuse my hair. I told him I really didn't like the end finish and it was wet and asked if we could please blow dry straight - he informed me that he had ran out of time and there was nobody else to assist. However, Jamie was apologetic and offered for me to return to the salon for a 'free' fix up. I went home to dry and straighten my own hair!! I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and rebooked to tidy up the ends. I had fully intended to generously tip Jamie for his time and efforts however I was not only FULLY CHARGED but completely ambushed with sarcasm by a male member of staff who stated he 'preferred my hair wavy' (in reference to my second visit which I was not happy with). This was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. And to top it all off - my hair is an absolute disgrace as one side is very noticeably shorter than the other.

   I had an appointment yesterday with Chloe & felt I had to acknowledge her excellent service. I used to see Chloe before COVID but due to the pandemic which made me extremely anxious & nervous I had not been out mixing with the public for over 18 months (I have only recently been able to start visiting family) . Chloe put me so at ease when I told her this & was so understanding. As always she listened to all I asked for regarding my haircut & was extremely patient (last cut was 2019) and did a fantastic job, I feel she really helped me in my process of getting back to "normal" life & helped to boost my confidence. She is just brilliant.

   All the stylists in this salon are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Ellie, who always listens to what you as the client would like and advises accordingly before cutting. Even when my hair has grown out it still looks good! Fantastic service!

   I have been using this salon for a number of years and have excellent service everytime Emma does my colours and they are always spot on. Ellie cuts my hair and is absolutely fantastic, when I have wanted an out there style, she makes it work for me . I always leave happy and feeling fantastic and my hair is always in such a great condition.
