Great experience . First appointment , had toner and blow dry . Also a very welcomed head massage! Owner incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable as I don’t have easy hair Can’t wait to return for my second appointment in January .
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. It became clear to me early in the appointment that my hairdresser, while well-intentioned, didn’t have experience or expertise with curly hair. There wasn’t much consultation about what I wanted - I was told what the hairdresser would do rather than asked. I asked for a few corrections and clearly stated how I wanted my hair dried - naturally, curly - and the hairdresser dried it straight anyway. She told me it wasn’t possible to cut my hair when it was curly, which is only true if you’re unfamiliar with curly hair; if she was out of her depth, I wish she had passed me on to someone who knew my hair type. I left feeling disappointed and deflated. The apprentice who washed my hair did a great job.
Really good, loved every part of it. All the staff was so nice and caring. Loved the result and would 100% go back again. The dog was so happy and joyful, creating the atmosphere.
I have been having my extensions done with Hannah for the last 11 years aswell as for other hair appointments, I am always delighted with Hannah’s work, she is skilful and professional. I can’t recommend her highly enough and Paula’s team. Thank you x

Lovely friendly salon with great customer service. Paula is awesome, I struggle with my very fine hair but since having a good cut, fab colour I am always over the moon when I leave the shop. Fully recommend!
Thanks Geiko, my daughter came for a total restyle today. She ended up having a cut from Helen and what could have been a big change (ending in tears) turned out to be a gorgeous cut and everybody was happy. Thank you so much for handling so sensitively.
