Always had a great experience in this salon. The staff are friendly and listen to what you want. Yesterday, I had to rush in after a terrible cut at another salon and the Supercuts stylist did an amazing job of fixing my botched hair! I was THRILLED with how she handled it and came out looking and feeling soooo much better. Thank you!
They are not transparent with their prices and not ethical about it. It shows cheaper price when you save your spoon the website (it is not showing as estimated, it shows an actual price when you save spot) and charge you higher than the website prices when you go into the shop. Medium below shoulder hair length supercut, they charged at £48. There are more ethical hairdressers out there plus cheaper prices!
I went from not knowing how to take care of my hair properly to meeting Lucie and learning in an hour what to do with my hair. I was so nervous at the start we would cut of lots, but she only took off the desd hair and i absolutely appreciate her for thjs. She was an absolute goddess and so kind. Highly recommend going here. I will most definitely be making this my favourite place to get my hair trimmed.
It was my first visit and they have already gained a loyal customer. Adele C. did my wash, haircut and blow dry. She was super lovely and I got exactly what I wanted. Loving my hair and cant stop looking in the mirror. She was so professional and sweet. Would highly recommend her if you are looking for a fabulous haircut.

I’ve been to this place three times over the course of this year, and I’ve had a very positive experience! Adele C, has done my hair twice, she has been lovely to chat to and informative on how to look after my hair. The main pro to me about this place is, that I can just book a slot online before you get there or just walk in in person, I’m not a big fan of talking on the phone due to anxieties and prefer to avoid when possible. I’d recommend if you are like me in this regards! The con, it’s up in the middle of the shopping centre where a lot of people do gather, so if you have social anxieties walking near, around or in small crowds of people, I wouldn't recommend this place on busy days or weekends.
Lovely haircut and professional service. I like the fact (if you have a day when you don't have time constraints) that you can decide on the day that you want a haircut and join a queue. I'm always envious of the fact that men can do that at a barbers. Joined a queue online and then went shopping until it was my turn. The young lady Adele who cut my hair was very good too!
Elina is the best hairstylist in coventry, she always has expert advice and always tailors it to your preference. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s always been exactly how I wanted it! Recently I got a balayage and I was worried with how it would look but it turned out amazing! Couldn’t recommend supercuts more, especially Elina. Thanks again!
