   Most of staff in here are so rude! Seen staff mostly the women staff at self checkouts laughing at vunrable customers at each other! Went in tonight with my auntie went to self scan payed for our shopping, rude staff member shouted us in front of other customers asking if we had scanned all our shopping! Why could she not of spoke to us away from other customers quietly? Instead she embarrassed me and my auntie by shouting at us in front of customers! They make you feel like you’re a thief!!

   Always a dumping ground for Staff while there stand and talk to each other at the tills. Every time I walk in here. There are staff just stood talking to each other while the aisle has been left a mess as per normal. Could only take a few pictures as people were starting to walk down them and didn’t want to get their pictures.

   A few weeks ago I went to this Tesco on my way to work, instead of the Queensbury one - I said hello & thank you to the staff as I usually do, but got no response. This morning I said good morning, thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but no - nothing. Customer service here is very dry. I'll only shop here if I absolutely have to. I don't work in customer service, and never have, but I think a friendly hello or a smile is the least they can do. That being said, the team Queensbury Tesco are always friendly and approachable. I don't know any of them but you can tell they enjoy working there - I can't say the same about this one.

   Use to buy Jameson whiskey from here but unfortunately now they don’t seem to be getting it in. Very dull and gloomy atmosphere in here, only good for eggs, milk and bread etc no world foods like the other Tesco stores have. some lovely staff though.

   The manager needs a kick up their backside. There are hardly any trolleys available in the trolley bays near the entrance of the store, and there are NEVER any small trolleys available near the entrance, which are what most customers want. Customers have to walk around the car park to find trolleys, including elderly and disabled customers, and customers with babies and small children. This is not great considering car parks can be dangerous, especially in gloomy, wet weather. Why is Tescos giving discomfort to their customers and putting their customers and their kids in danger of being knocked down by a car? If Tescos valued their customers they would make their visit as comfortable and carefree as possible. They would NOT make them wander around the car park looking for trolleys. They would NOT make things difficult for elderly, disabled, vulnerable customers and customers with babies and small children. You want our money, so please value us as customers. Thank you.
