   My husband didn't take my club card, so when he went to pay he would have to pay full price, she never advised that I could go down with the receipt later and get the discount and the points. Shocking customer service, I find some of the staff on self service not interested in what they're doing

   My husband bought a pack of underpants it said 25 % off clothing he went to the service desk who informed him not on underwear he said can I have a refund the girl said not on underwear he said I haven't left the store he said can I. Speak to the manager please a lady poppy came and said no refund on underwear both her and the girl behind the counter were rude and arrogant my husband said I don't think I would shop here again the girl at the counter said good we don't want you here we have shopped at brighouse tesco since living here for 22 years never ever had a problem except today

   Hi guys unfortunately have to write this up was at the Tesco petrol station in brighouse & went in to pay the cashiers were very rude & just being awkward. As a dyslexic person I put my card on the machine & the cashier with a loud tone what you doing. I said paying for my fuel. I asked for the cashiers nane as they both were not wearing name badges. Gave a fake name jhon when it was a woman. I believe me being a of different skin clour was the issue. Not happy that Tesco employees are rude & unprofessional if yiu don’t like your job then go ells where

   Time and time again the quality of fresh product is beyond woeful! Produce either not there, or in bags that you can't see into. Nothing lasts until it's best before date, then when you get it home and open the packet you get mouldy produce. Want to complain? No online feedback, only return it to the store for a refund. So for a £1 you think I'm going to stop making my tea, get back down to the store, spend time returning it to go back home and start again! Over the last few years the amount of produce I have thrown away because of poor quality is considerable!

   Cashier looked like she was a moment away from offing herself. Didn't scan one of my tagged items properly which caused me to be followed out of the store by security where I had to decant my entire bag onto the floor to prove that I hadn't stolen anything. If I cared I would've been very embarrassed.

   I do all of my shopping at Tesco’s and every time I attend, I look forward to it. Tesco has consistently been a delight to shop at in the 16 years I've been going here. I’m a regular customer here at the brighouse branch and it is a favourite place for me and my family to go to. The atmosphere is great and all the staff are always helpful and very friendly. However, there is one employee who’s attitude is always unpleasant. Last night, I left the store feeling upset and discriminated. As I came in for my full family monthly shop, this particular employee was straight up rude and unfriendly. She was setting up her own rules towards me and was refusing to assist me. I was upset which caused me to just leave at the counter with my full shop just left there. She made me feel uneasy and treated me unfairly. I wanted to bring this to light so that something should be done about this since Tesco is my favourite store and going back right now I’d feel uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate as I don’t want it to be this way. However, I left feeling genuinely discriminated and upset.
