I rang up for an appointment as i was in so much pain with my gums. I was told it was not an emergency and that i could not be seen until 16th november Consequently my face began to swell and the pain was a lot worse. I made an appointment with another dentist and was seen the same dsy. I had a tooth abscess which was drained and put on antibiotics. I really think this dental practice should at least give advice on how to manage your condition if you cannot be seen and make provision for emergency appointments. This emphasises that you really need to be seen and over the phone assessments can be no means accurate.

My dentist is always gentle and thorough. She is very skilful and knowledgeable. The reception staff and nurses are also always friendly, accommodating and patient. The premises are not prepossessing from outside but inside they are spacious, clean, clinical and smart. Been attending for eight years and have never had a problem.

I booked an appointment for a check up and to get a broken tooth repaired. When i got there they only did a check up not the broken tooth as I expected saying not enough time! When i booked i said I wanted the tooth done. Now I have to go back in 3 weeks. I wanted it all done at the same time , so not very happy. Natasha explained everything that needed to be done and was very efficient

After 40+ years of teeth that were rotten and decayed even with a denture plate under went some procedure to get back to normal. The procedures were way better than over the last 30+ yrs of bad experiences and I have even recommended to friends. Paying above NHS rates is painful but for my own experiences was worth it. Just had my second 6 monthly visit so a year since having my whole mouth sorted and for once no anxiety. My dentist tells my of potential future problems and how I can reduce or eradicate them which I find really helpful.

good afternoon. we were patients at Burnham House Dental. I recently called to make an appointment with my son, but they told me that you are no longer our patients. to the question why? I was told that we did not come to them for a long time. then the question is, why were you open during pandemic, and what if I donβt want to go to the GP, will I also be deleted from their patients? and yet no one sent me an email that we are no longer their patients. P.s. do you taking NHS patients?

My three children are registered here and we came in October for an annual check up. My daughter took part in the colouring competition and won, today she received a battery powered toothbrush along with toothpaste which she is over the moon about. The staff are also extremely friendly and took their time to explain anything they did during the appointment which is a great help to nervous patients!

Being someone who gets very anxious going to the dentist I have to sat that I have no anxiety at all attending. The staff are amazing and put you at ease immediately. The treatment is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Navigating the broken NHS is difficult for every public health sector at the moment but Burnham House Dental Practice does its level best to provide dental care to its patients with the allocated dentists they have. As far as treatment goes, I've never had such a gentle, pain-free experience as I have had at this practice. Reception staff, nurses and dentists are really friendly and put you at ease despite some of the poor behaviour I've witnessed from patients at the reception desk.

Really poor service, was originally supposed to see the dentist in January this has however been cancelled about 7 times by them it's now October and I've been told they no longer have a dentist that I can see, but they did originally when they kept cancelling my appointment, which seems to be because I was postpartum so should have received free dental care which of course isn't profitable to them so ideal for them to keep pushing the appointment. I also spoke to them in August to register my 10mth old daughter which they said is fine and they will add her to the system and now they have told me she isn't on the system and I can not register her. Seems like a total shambles of a company. Edit for company response: I shouldn't have to call to be put on a waiting list as I've been waiting for my booked appointment since January which you have cancelled multiple times. And on speaking with your receptionist today she point blank told me no appointments at all now and nothing she can do, no mention of a waiting list.
