   I recently visited this dentist for a replacement filling on one of my teeth. The plan was to remove the old composite and replace it with a new one. However, instead of removing the existing composite, they simply placed a new one on top, which left the original issue unresolved. It took five attempts to adjust the shape so my tooth would fit back into my retainer. At one point, they had even reshaped my canine into a square, which clearly did not fit. The whole process felt rushed, and after the third attempt, I was told I might just need to buy a new retainer, despite the fact that mine cost £200 and I had paid for this treatment to make my current one fit. Only after I pushed back did they attempt a few more adjustments, which still left the result less than satisfactory. When I got home, I noticed that another tooth, which was not meant to be touched, had been filed down accidentally. This has left me with one tooth unnecessarily altered, and the original tooth I went in for still not properly corrected. Overall, I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. The appointment felt rushed, careless, and not at the standard of care I expected.

   Was accommodated with appointments to suit the family's needs so we could all go together at a date and time that suited us all. It was only for check ups but I goto be fair we were upstairs with the dentist and from the minute we walked in we were treated with the biggest welcome and made to feel like they had known us forever and didn’t make us feel like we shouldn’t be eating or drinking sugary things. I will give praise tho to the lovely nursing assistant I didn’t catch his name but if he is dental training or remaining as an assistant he is a great asset to the dental industry thank you for the best dental appointment ever

   I have recently had to try to arrange a quick appointment for treatment at Wilson Road and I will be honest that the receptionist bent over backwards to help me get an appointment that was suitable to my needs. When attending the practice, I was advised that I had been assigned a new Dental Surgeon, Ines Matos. Her professional attitude was second to none. She was courteuos, disciplined and very attentive to my needs. She treated me with kindness and was extrememly gentle whilst working. I cannot recommend her skills, attentiveness and professional attitude highly enough, what an absolutely superb lady. I commend ALL the staff who work at the practice and would like to thank them all.

   I have been going to Ines Matos for more than 8 years and I can honestly say that she is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very friendly, professional, and gentle with her patients. She always explains what she is doing and why, and she makes sure that I am comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. She also gives me helpful tips on how to take care of my teeth and gums at home. I love the way I’m treated by her and her staff. They are always welcoming, courteous, and attentive. They make me feel like I am part of their family. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-equipped. They use the latest technology and techniques to provide the best dental care possible.    After knocking my 3 front teeth out during lockdown and having no dentist this surgery seen me as an emergency went in there shaking crying and petrified what lovely calming ladies working there after 4 weeks I have lovely new teeth that I couldn't be happier with thank you all so much x

   Visited the practice Thursday and i no longer have to pay as ive recently turned 60. The receptionists were polite and helpful, however when i met the new dentist she was the complete opposite! No introduction, no oral check, no explanation as to what she was doing and no follow up instructions. She didn't communicate in anyway really, no "Hello" or "Goodbye". Is this the kind of service to expect now that i no longer put money in their pocket? Very unprofessional and unpleasant visit.
