   This is an amazing and great branch that is local to me..has everything needed from a smaller store and the staff are what makes it stand out from others that are similar.. they are incredible especially with regular customers, it's lovely to be smiled at and to be treated with respect and courtesy..it really is a fantastic store and deserves to get recognized because service like that has become a rare thing.. thanks to all the lovely people who work there

   Shopping experience amazing, unfortunately the car park is super small for how busy it is. So much so a 'kevin" parked in disabled spot without a disability badge. His 'wine' shop was far too important for him to respect other users

3. A Buyer ★☆☆☆☆

   A complete shambles of a store, incompetent staff that couldn't define customer service if their life's depended on it. Hire locals instead of importing riff raff from the ghettos of Bradford......at least then you might have staff that are groomed, well mannered and friendly. The only grooming this shower of effluence know of involves children.

   It's a shame because if I had to give them stars based on the taste and quality of their bakery, it would be 5 stars. But unfortunately, I have never met a more rude, more incompetent group of staff ever. This morning I asked for a bag to put a croissant in and the man in the bakery threw the bag straight on the floor in front of me. Also a certain female staff member is so utterly lazy it's unreal. She refuses to walk more than 5 metres at a time. And if you ask her to get or do something for you, you get the standard "5 minutes" knowing full well she isn't moving for anyone. It's poor really. Maybe a staff revamp is needed to save this local convenient store

   Small shop, parking a nightmare (tight spaces and people coming in and out at speed meaning you need to be super alert and have eyes in the back of yourhead and pricess higher than a normal Tesco.

   Useless staff, especially in the evening. 3 of them walk around together stacking shelves, chatting to each other and blocking all routes. To be fair to them, they've only just started wearing masks. Well done. It is literally almost impossible to keep any kind of distance from them as they literally block almost every aisle and charge past you when need to. I guess covid never existed here, great example set by these inadequate and rude staff

   Fairly standard, small and convenient branch in Baildon with free parking. Staff are mostly friendly and as long as you are careful what you buy it is reasonably priced. A nice shop.
