I called to see if they could fit me in for an infill. The gentleman on the phone said £28. When I went to make the payment, the lady said £33. I explained that her husband said £28, and she said it was because my nails were long. My nails look bumpy, and the finish is poor. I won't be going there again.
This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. The staff first said they couldn’t do pearl chrome as they didn’t have the materials. Which is fine so I opted for a simple pink. The therapist started by doing my nails before soaking my feet to remove hard skin, which, as a trained nail technician, I know is not standard practice. The nail technician then balanced my foot on a BIN while cutting my nails, making it impossible for me to see the shape or how they were being filed. That’s clearly not normal. When I finally saw the result, my nails were filed at an angle. I kindly asked for this to be corrected and for the toenails to be even in length, but they still weren't and as a result I couldn’t keep any length and have extremely short nails for my taste. For the pedicure, I requested that they file by hand because my feet are sensitive and can't handle a blade. The staff was incredibly rude and refused, which I understand—hand filing requires skill, and it's easier to use a blade. However, the final result of the polish application itself was disgraceful. As someone who came here expecting a treat, I was extremely disappointed with the service, the poor colour selection, and the subpar quality of the pedicure. I had to ask the technician to fix so many things that the experience became more stressful than relaxing. The nail polish was not applied cleanly with a crisp finish and actually bled onto my cuticle. Which to no surprise I had to ask to be fixed. Overall - if you have high standards and enjoy pedicures that enhance your appearance and make you feel better than you did coming in, don't bother coming here.

Managed to get appointment today, rang the day before, as going away for my birthday. Very attentive and took time to trim my nails then attach tips, file to shape and colour. Shall defo be back in future. Had so much choice of colours too. Settled for a glittery bluey purple twinkle comet.
Came from Northampton, had an acrylic nail that was broken and needed fixing. Found this place on Google, never again will I return to them. I walked into the shop, and the lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
Second time here first just gel on my toes second time extensions and gel toes again. Can’t fault them on anything good customer service and really good quality job. Picture is after 3 weeks still looking good thanks
My first time with having Acrylic nails. I explained that I was a tad nervous as this was a new experience for me. The gentleman spent time explaining each step as he was doing it and was very patient with all my questions. My nails have never looked so good. They even filled them down when I returned as I had asked for them to be shorter. Thank you and you will have a customer for life.
