Not order on here again on just eat delivery driver got lost even though we are on the main road said he delivered and I have t gotten my delivery and trying to get what I order and now I can’t and I don’t even get a full refund what a joke!
Great friendly staff, not the biggest place so don't expect miracles but has everything you could need in an emergency. Has a useful argos collection point too!
Frequently shopped here & I would not usually leave a review, but the attitude of the Asian girl serving is atrocious...no please or thank you....no manners. This has happened on a few occasions now, same individual!
Love this lil shop, main reason is the staff they are amazeballs. Anyone that thinks different is well just rude .. Always helpful, chatty and do not judge.. I buy a lot of wine lol!!!... Love this shop x
i went sainburys on Thursday evening time i am a regular customer and a guy name isa was on the tills he doesn't know how to serve the customer and he always swears on the background after serving he things people don't understand his language but i do so the Manager of this branch should investigate and kick him out to improve their branch if people like him will work in the market it can create troubles and market won't be able to work normally...........
Paranoid staff due to the frequency of armed hold ups. Went in on the coldest day of winter wearing a snood, taking the snood off after entering. Staff seemed to have a nervous breakdown despite the fact i was a regular customer (i wasn't armed or raiding the store). Some staff can be very efficient but few are friendly or welcoming, especially the geordie bloke who always has a bad attitude. Your money is better spent at tuel lane lidl. Sainsburys have a lot to learn about good customer service.
