I got my nails done here a few days ago and the nails chipped soon after (with no heavy use) and the colour was not as deep as I had asked for. I phoned back and was told to come in. The lady fixed my nail and redid my color. Happy customer and good customer service!
Firstly, one of the ladies attitudes was off because of a situation that happened the last time i visited, she put a colour on my nails that i didn’t like so she had to remove it all. Recently i was charged £75 for an acrylic infill that had long length and (my own) chrome - standard infill starts at £30 and it took them 2 hrs to do this service which it would take that long with a shorter length too! so essentially i’ve paid £30 extra , i’ve got a nail that’s not even straight and another that hasn’t been filed properly! i won’t be going back again i was definitely overcharged, £10 even £15 extra for length i’d understand because they are long but £30 extra on infill is ridiculous especially when they didn’t even take the time to make sure my nails were at the best standard ( they did the full set for this infill). Their only efficient customer service is when they say hello and bye when you enter and leave the shop.
Lovely clean place, I felt a little rushed. But I am very happy with the nails I got.
Love the team at Z Nails, they are all so wonderful and friendly. I always leave with great looking nails that last ages.

One girl did my nails really nicely the first time i went. It was acrylic. So i went back a second time but just wanted shellac on my natural nails as acrylic can destroy your nails. However the 2nd lady filed my nails so much with their drill thing. My nails became so weak they starting breaking off the next day. Not good. I won't be returning. Ideally I should get my £30 back.
Although I waited for an extra hour until it was my turn, the staff seemed to do a good job. It was a Saturday so they are busy, but I also did make a booking. I got acrylic gel nails which a week later still seem sturdy and in good condition. Overall was a good visit.
