Absolutely pathetic. I showed pics (from multiple angles) of MYSELF from a month ago but still the stylist butchered my hair. Dont go here

I have been here twice to color my hair. I’m very satisfied about the service I receive. They do a very good job for a reasonable price. I recommend this place.
Seen quickly and staff seemed nice enough, price isn't too bad, if only the hair cut was actually passable. Asked for a grade 2 on the sides which I got on one side but on the other side I got this. Looks completely uneven, gonna have to go somewhere else and maybe get a grade 1 to fix it. Will try JJ's next time.
Went here when my child woke up and decided to wrap her long hair around a comb all the way to the roots. They were able to sort it out and untangle all the hair without resorting to cutting it. Am so happy as i thought she was going to end up with a very short fringe, instead they took their time and sorted it out. Am very grateful.
Lovely ladies who work there, friendly, talkative, good prices, do ladies, mens & children hair. Ideal location in a shopping centre, so you can shop, get a drink & food while you wait for your appointment time, you just walk in to see if they can fit you in and they can within 30 minutes.
Attitude is not as bad as others said in other reviews, but skills is clearly lacking, clearly in the photo that just looks completely out of place, the cut on other parts doesnt look great either, definitely not worth 15 quid for a gents haircut
I had a very bad experience with my colour in the salon I did explain couple of times about what I wanted to the stylist , Even show her a picture about what I wanted. She confirm to me that she was able to do it with no reservation,I also pointed that my natural hair are black. I was expecting a good resort , feeling very excited the next day as I had new highlights As the couple develop l left with ginger colour and unevenly application and explain to her I had not happy with the resort, she never apologised and she was not listening my worry ..... I payed 85 pounds for something I haven’t even liked and her behaviour make me upset and sad , I was no looking for a refund but I was expecting some sort of help to resolve this , but , the only offer a toner to bring to the colour out , America’s thing I know would help , I also try to call to speak to the manager but they said he is out and the hang up the phone me.... 85 pounds is a respectful amount of money to pay to salon for a bad result... I feel very disappointed ☹️
