   I cannot recommend Mandy at Solo Hair enough !!! have been going to her for all my hairdressing needs for over 25yrs !! Even after moving to Oxford 15yrs ago I still come back to Mandy as I have NEVER had an issue and at most appointments now I leave it to her to do what she thinks suits me best in terms of style, cut and colour and I always come away feeling a million dollars. Keep up the excellent work Mandy !!

   Really bad experience, ask for one thing and came out with another. Called and asked it to be rectified, owner was aware of situation. When I did return, I was totally ignored by owner. Hairdresser wanted to put more blonde in. And leave the rest near enough black. So I said just put a dark all over. Loads of blonde left out. Hair now in really bad condition. Hairdresser did give me some shampoo and conditioner. But I paid for a treatment I did not get, which ruined my hair. And made me completely much darker than when I began. So upset, my daughter called to request refund as I had to now sort out the uneven dark colour.

   Great hairdressers, got my hair fully dyed, they did a great job, left no hairs untouched, all dyed the same colour, washed and dried for me. Staff were great, friendly and attentive. Relaxed and friendly environment. Great prices for a full hair dye.

   I arrived with a very bad home bleach job, including new hair growth where my hair had been burned off! The staff were super kind and supportive. I left with a new colour and cut feeling like my old self, would absolutely recommend this salon.
