   Wouldn’t use was charged more for products that had the price printed on them by manufacturer. Charged £1.50 for a bar of chocolate that had £1.25 printed on it. No prices on some items. £5.00 for 6 eggs we were charged said was that some sort of mistake lady said no. I’d check that you are being charged correct. Women is extremely rude and to say they have a cash point what’s free to use it never seems to be working even for balance checks went in lady says you can’t use it asked why she said no cash in it. Said I only needed to check balance so I could buy things in the shop as online banking was down she said I couldn’t do it. Why have a cash point if you don’t want people to use it. Opening times are different to what they actually open. I’d rather walk further up the road to go to b&m than support ride peoples small businesses as there is no need for the rudeness at all. No need to rip people off either

   Check prices and check they charge you the right price. In fact take the 2 min drive to either b&m or premier down the road. Very rude and the times aren't correct, also meant to be open until 10pm but was closed before 9pm.

   Went to return a parcel. The person refused to take it. Saying I have a big delivery coming and said to come tomorrow to return it. What a ridiculous statement. Unhelpful and worst customer service ever received. Never again will I be stepping into that shop again. Surprised he is still open with that sort if customer service.
