Owner of the store blamed me for putting the wrong labels on my packages. She put the wrong labels on herself and asked me to check them by which point I was confused as I only had two parcels and they looked wrong so I asked her to change them and she repetitively said it’s my fault I did it wrong. So rude and condescending! Rather than focusing on one job, she was doing everything else and not serving me properly. She is the only one in the store who I find rude. Everyone else is a pleasure to deal with :)
