   We recently bought a property and were ‘represented’ by a Solicitor at the Bradley Stoke Office. The whole process from the start till finish was awful. Very little communication from them, sent wrong invoices to pay, most of the queries we were told to solve ourselves with no guidance or advice. Very stressful process and do not recommend. You can get better solicitor for the same money elsewhere. AVOID!

   We have sold countless properties over the years, and I cannot rate the team highly enough. For reference, we did not use Ocean estate agents to sell our property or buy, yet still received top service. Livia really is the best conveyancing technician we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Our sale this time was highly stressful due to an immediate family bereavement and Livia was always there whenever we needed her and was so patient. Everything was processed so quickly on their end and she was a huge support when dealing with the buyer's horrendously slow conveyancer and a lot of red tape. This team is fast, really fast and make the whole process a lot easier. We will only use Ocean in future, wish we'd found you years ago! Thank you!

   I recently sold a very problematic and niche property (over 60’s) in Horfield, the process took over 2 years and went through 3 different estate agents. Throughout the process Livia represented us and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her colleagues, I have no doubt that without her the sale would have fallen through. The estate agent (not Ocean) who brokered the sale could not speak highly enough of her either and noted that as inefficient as the buyers solicitor was, Livia would respond and resolve queries as they arose.    So, so happy with my experience with Ocean Property lawyers! I highly recommend using them. I had Livia, a trainee who had alot to work on due to a fault of another sollicitors but dealt with it fabulously. I love how responsive ocean property lawyers are as i have heard stories of people who struggle to get hold of their sollicitors. Only a phonecall or email away. What i also really appreciated was that if my sollicitor was away, the rest of the team picked up my case which meant i never felt like they dropped the ball on my case and i never felt like i wasnt a priority. They showed they are always on the job. Very professional and approachable!

   Highly recommend! All queries / emails answered incredibly quickly (even during the hectic period leading up to the stamp duty deadline). Everything was explained to us and we felt in very safe hands with Kelly and Livia guiding us through the process and ensuring we made the stamp duty holiday, even when this seemed unlikely!

   Fast / Easy / Communicative Conveyancing Kelly from Bradley Stoke was excellent. I can not praise her enough. She dealt with my case, and she was totally understanding in every aspect of the sale. This was my first purchase, and I had no experience in it. She made it hassle free and quite easy to follow for me. I raised every concern that I had, and she responded them as soon as possible even during the stamp duty holiday where things are hectic. The sale was about to fall through due to missing documents, and she handled them professionally also legally supported all the decisions I made. I felt secure and confident in the purchase and I can not praise / recommend her enough. In short, the purchase was not a straight forward one, as there were licenses missing and multiple documents. However, Kelly was always on time and we were waiting for the other parties. For the guidance and service she has provided, the fees were reasonable and I would really be happy to use them in the future again without any doubt.
