So we got 2 bags of Dr Pepper and one od the packets inside was hard moldy cotton Candy (weird taste, hard, weird colour) and we went back in and they did nothing about it and and told us it was our fault. Bad food. And terrible customer service. Never go there I do not recommend it

Staff are really friendly as well as the owners have a really good selection of confectionery plus also sell american drinks also has a post office inside you can't tell good wrong with the place
Very useful well stocked store. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Also Illingworth Post Office. Offers a range of banking services. Amazon counter, DHL service and Evri drop off. Obviously with all these services, it can be busy at times!
Fantastic customer service each and every time I drop by regularly, whether it be the Post Office or shop side of the premises. A very busy place where staff are friendly and polite and always help with any queries that I might have. There is also a great range of products which means I don't always need to go to the supermarket as I can pick up essentials here. Highly recommended.
Selling dodgy elux vape bars made myself and friend really poorly they have a funny taste and give me really bad headaches
Rude staff. Constantly being over charged adding £5/£10 on your bill depending on what you buy then refusing to give you your money back. Not to mention the broken e- cigs they’re selling.
