   The rudest receptionists I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've just registered with another practice. Unbelievable how they deal with patients.

   Finally admitting defeat with this practice and registering elsewhere after almost 40 years as a patient. I have been trying to book my September check-up since last September to be told phone in March then phone in June then phone in July. Now told to phone in September, all delivered by the rudest, most unapologetic and downright strange team of receptionists I've ever met. Stars only given because the dentists themselves have always been excellent.

   The dentist Sandra I was under has finished! Nobody has been told about this so now without a dentist and as told by the lovely arrogant receptionist, if they don’t have a replacement by September then go and find a new dentist elsewhere!! How kind!! NOT!! Very unprofessional and uncaring!!

   How the receptionists here still have jobs is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting attitudes, unprofessional, uncaring, vile human beings that make the simplest task (booking an appointment) an absolutely horrendous experience. The dentists themselves though are lovely and I can't speak highly enough of them, shame the receptionists let them down.

   Cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice from receptionists to dentist and nurse. I have been with Mr Hawkins for years and he also looked after my 2 children when they lived local. He has always been kind, helpful with the utmost professional care. Had to have an emergency appointment as i have broken a tooth and was in excruciating pain. The care they gave was exceptional. Everything was explained upfront including cost which is very reasonable. Best dentist ever.

   Nothing but problems with the Receptionist at this dentist, they are awful at their jobs, no empathy or manners. Terrible services. On the other hand, I have to say the dentist and dental assistants are amazing, very sympathetic and professional and I couldn't ask for more from them so I have changed my rating to reflect that!

   This surgery has looked after me and my family since the 1970s, giving us great service. Heather, the receptionist, has always been kind and helpful. I am now 80 and cared for by Sandra Hustin and her nurse Tara. I cannot speak too highly of the care and professionalism they have given me. My thanks to everyone.

   The receptionists at this practice are not only the most unprofessional and useless women I have had the displeasure of communicating with they are awful at their jobs and I have never come across such unapproachable,rude people in all of my life. Imagine trying to get an emergency appointment and having some bitter nasty woman ARGUE with me about it and then go on to tell me they only take check up appointments over the phone WHILST BEING ON THE PHONE. I remember saying to Lisa before she left that something needed to be done with those entitled old women and it definitely still stands. Having these people as the 'face' of the practice is an actual joke

   Fantastic service from Sona and her assistant as usual, I had a filling yesterday and I was amazed to see them gowned up head to toe and a full face mask and a face shield. The both of them must have been melting. Top class treatment from a top class dentist.
