   If I could give it less than one star I would. Drove all the way from Leicester for my appointment only to find that they are gone as a business. Why did they make my appointment and do my colour test the week before. Shocking that they did that and didn’t even have the decency to call. Bad end to what was a good business years ago. Obviously they didn’t care about their customers.

   One of the worst hairdressers I’ve been too, they don’t wash their scissors and shavers after any cut so I caught ring worm on my head. The next time I went they gave me one of the deadest trims ever and I got bullied and wanted to die . Definitely would not recommend going , also some of the staff are really horrible with the way they talk to you and pull you hair and shake your head around

   Sadly worst haircut ever. Staff are lovely , but the woman who did my hair was completely incompetent. I asked her to cut off 1 inch she took 3 instead. She worked on my wet hair which in the end made it worse , as when she dried it- it looked even shorter. She had no idea how to create layers, just ended up jagging the ends. The left side is longer than the right . I was about to shout her to stop when she decided she was finished . The little volume I had left on my hair she removed it by straightening it very flat . I repeatedly said that I wanted to get a little bit of the ends and tidy up my fringe, because otherwise my hair would be impossible to manage !! She chose to ignore me and it was just too late !!! After I've been in the pool I had to try to style it myself and it is a complete mess . So high maintenance the only way looks a bit decent is if I use the straighteners. Complete nightmare now will have to wait months for it to grow just a little bit. I don't wanna give names but don't let this woman near your hair she , has dark hair with a red/ burgundy highlights , ends. £30 and a school kid could've done exactly the same !!! Sorry but I'm not going back !
