   That was probably the worst experience I have ever had in a barbers! He was rude, rough and did not have any people skills! worst cut I have ever had! It's uneven staggered and I was only in the chair 5 minutes when he said he was done! And when I actually said that it is not finished he actually shouted me that he as been doing this for 11 years this is finished! At which point my wife paid the man (which i didn't feel she should have but did to prevent confrontation ) and we left! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS we had checked reviews and thought it sounded ok! EDIT... we have just realised after posting review on the wrong shop. Not to be confused with boss barbers as that's how I ended up in the chair in the first place in here. Boss barbers (broad lane) has the good reviews!

   I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. The customer service was extremely poor, and the barber used inappropriate language. I waited for nearly 40 minutes with my children, only to witness another customer ask about Amir. The barber responded with a rude attitude, saying, “Amir is in Dubai.” When the customer, who had traveled all the way from Birmingham, requested Amir’s contact number, the barber dismissively told him to leave, claiming he was too busy. I tried to intervene and asked the barber to calm down, but instead, he told me to leave as well. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I would never recommend this barbershop to anyone in Coundon or Coventry.

   Been coming here for a year. Always seen to quite swiftly, the lads who cut the hair are always polite. Prices are very reasonable and never had a bad haircut. I've moved house since I've started coming here and there are barbers much closer to me now but still go back there as they always do a good job

   Just had my 13 years old sons hair cut done. The shop was recommended to me, Sadly i didn't have the same experience. FULL DISCLOSURE: My Son is Autistic, and NON verbal. However, behavior-wise he is neither hyperactive, nor aggressive. He USED to be highly sensitive especially behind the ears, and at the back of the neck. However, since the last year, he is able to tolerate the machine in those areas and no longer makes any sudden movements or shows any level of resistance to having the electric trimmer whirring around his ears. (Most Autistic Children often suffer from these and other type of sensory issues) The Review in Detail. My son was excited as this was the first time we had come to this barber. He was overly playful whilst sitting on the barber chair and was laughing of something which he must have found funny. After getting a stern look from me a few times, he settled down. During the hair cut, the barber was rather quick and seemed to be rushing the hair cut. During the hair cut, my son was rather still, and even I, as a father was surprised how still he was when it came to the fine cutting in of the side burns, neck and ears. Leaving the barber to his own devices, i was hoping for a great end result. For the entirety of the time, i was standing around my son, at a safe distance, not to get in the way of the barber, and to ensure my son doeskin play up. Finally, i was guiding the barber, where my son is sensitive. As shown in the pictures the end result was VERY BAD. He had over cut of an area if the hair which now looked like a BOLD PATCH. See Pictures. I have never complained of a hair cut in my life, be it mine or my sons. But due to the severity of the damaged, he JUST LOOKED AWFUL. I complained to the barber and gently asked him if he thought that it looked right. He denied continuously, saying the hair was .fine'. He later said, ''There's nuffin wrong with it''. I am a very laid back person, and don't like to cause a fuss. However, after mentioning 3 times, that the hair cut is wrong and he has over cut part of the hair, his remarks were: IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GET OUT. The above remark motivated me to write this extensive review. If he came clean and said, YES its a mistake. i wouldn't have written this. MORE OVER. Knowing i wasn't happy at all with the hair cut, he still charged me the full price! (actually he short changed me for £1, of which i had to ask for) I don't recommend this barber because of his attitude. The hair cutting, well, i will let you be the judge of that!
