First and last time I will use this nail salon. I'm not happy with the work done. They were very rude and tried to overcharge me from the original price agreed. Not a friendly environment.
Now it's call Shibinu nails . I wud not recommend AVOID !!!! Rude owner I just AVOID AVOID!!!!!
If I could rate it a zero star that would be it ... very disappointed with the work.. Got my acrylic nails done on the 20th of February and the very next day it started lifting near the cuticles.. On the 22nd all my nails Fell off. Went back to the store and the staff was very rude and started blaming me that I Forcefully took them off, even after showing them the full nails. When I told them to refund me back, that was the time they showed how unprofessional they were and a staff trying to be the owner, really.? No proper sense of speech, nothing.... Even the nail were not perfect. And charged me £35. A complete failure. Never more going back.
Absolutely awful service. Rude staff who tutted and huffed the whole way through doing the nails. Would have walked out but you have to pay money up front! Wonky nails not shaped uniformly, made the feel uncomfortable the whole way through. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
This is my local nail salon and I have never had problems and I'd recommend them good service and very polite staff.
what a wonderful experience and the owner ( I think) such a lovely lady, my nails have been the best I've ever had done. I really wish I lived in Leicester permanently so I can go back. Thank you for your friendly nature, great chat and fab nails :-)
If I could give negative stars I would. So many problems with the nails it's a joke. I went back to give them the opportunity to fix them, the managers response was that there was nothing wrong with them - even my partner (who doesnt know much about beauty stuff) can see theres so much wrong with them. I also got them checked by qualified salonists who pointed out issues without me telling them the issues.
Awful!! Paid £25 for shellac..Swapped between 3 "technicians"whilst having my nails done. My nails were filed AFTER the shellac applied, subsequently chipping my nails. When I bought it to the lady's attentions I was told it's my fault for having short nails. Not surprisingly, I had chipped nails within a few hours of leaving. Unprofessional, rude, & a waste of money. I'd give no stars if possible. Avoid!!
If you want a good job doing of your nails don't go To VIP Nails at Beaumont centre went there at the weekend never again!
