   It was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The timescale was much better than I thought it would be, I was dreading the whole process and the staff were exceptional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very professional and also extremely friendly. Noah made a great cup of coffee. I was going to move my Will closer to home but realised they do home visits free of charge. I Tracey on reception explained all this and I'm so glad I stayed.

   Having seen great reviews online, we recently contacted Simpson Solicitors in Westbury-on-Trym to enquire about drawing up Wills and Powers of Attorney. We were assigned to Ben Osborne and he was excellent! We had many questions to ask. Ben patiently answered them during several meetings and subsequent email communications. We were made to feel that all our questions were important and at no time did we feel rushed. Ben is such a lovely young man, who put us at ease very quickly during our 1st meeting. Even though we were there to discuss a serious topic, Ben made us laugh on many occasions and this made the whole procedure so much easier. Ben was very professional throughout the process from start to finish and is very knowledgeable. My husband and I therefore fully recommend him along with the rest of the team who we met.
