I went here for haircut on 30/09/2023. Staff is decent and ask you you what you need exactly. Job is done to 90% accuracy. Charged 17£ for simple haircut. On Saturdays, they accept only cash. Overall: its good to average.
HIT OR MISS. Avoid this Business. First time was great,with manager hairdresser, this is my second time with young female. Got my haircut from which turns out to be a "teenager", level 2 hair and beauty drop out. Provided photos and clear directions, hair cut too short and she created two bald spots on my hair. Showed my hair with her mirror for 2 seconds and then kicked me out, didn't even fix my hair up properly. Refund is needed, inexperienced hair dresser with management not ready to aid her. I should be paid for this person for getting experience cutting my hair. Seems like similar complaints have been made before, and management has ignored, therefore please avoid this place.

Very unprofessional. People are polite tho! BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAl. Not sure how good they are for femals, but for males they would train on you.
Was nervous getting my haircut while at Uni because I didn’t know where was going to be reliable. Helen cut my hair at JJ’s and she was absolutely lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend more!
Considering the global pandemic that is happening getting your haircut has been an extreme luxury to have. I have been visiting this barber shop for the past 5 or so years and the changes I have seen due to the pandemic and how they have adapted is brilliant, I have always come out feeling happier than I walk in because the staff all make you feel like family. The haircuts are sharp and fresh and they will always offer the best advice. MY ADVICE if you want a barbershop that is boring and dull go somewhere else because this shop is an experience!
Amanda here did a great cut for me and my 3 year old boy. She was lovely, and very patient and kind with him even though he's not a fan of haircuts and got a bit upset. Very pleased and will be going back. Thank you.
