   If you don't have the skills, don't be in this business. This is the second time they've ruined my hair. The barber was impossible to communicate with and completely chopped off the hairstyle I had spent so much time caring for. All they know is chopping off your hair, which is ridiculous！ If you want to have your good mood completely ruined, welcome to this shop. Your response is as unprofessional as the haircut. 1. My instruction was simple and your 'experienced' barber completely ignored it. This has nothing to do with my hair type. 2. Who asked for an 'unsuitable cut' or 'changed my mind'? Why don't you just tell the truth to everyone? 3. Telling a dissatisfied customer 'it's okay if you don't come back' confirms that you have no intention of providing good service. Future customers should see this and be warned." Thank you for proving my point about your poor customer service to everyone.

   Rude and unwelcoming. I've used this place before and was just ok, not great, but came today, two barbers sat playing on their phones, didn't acknowledge me when I came in despite no other customers in the shop. When I started taking off my coat they barked at me to wait 5 mins as they had just mopped the floor. You should do that before you open, clearly not desperate for business despite being dead. Won't bother again.

   15£ for the worst haircut I ever had in my life. Only had to do a high skin fade back and sides yet ended up low with my head looking like a square. No ability to blend the fade in, I shaved my head when I got home.
