   I had my hair highlighted here last week and I’m extremely happy with the result. Sanaz did my highlights and they turned out absolutely beautiful and very professional and healthy. The salon has a great atmosphere and the service was excellent. Mona was also very kind and welcoming. I will definitely keep coming back here for my hair and I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

   Although I arrived on a Saturday evening close to “My Beauty’s” closing time and they were still attending to other clients, the lovely ladies still accepted my request to do a pedicure and manicure. They were friendly, very thorough and diligent with my manicure & pedicure. I left very satisfied and loving the job they had done, especially as last time I had a pedicure & manicure was over a year ago. I shall definetely return to “My Beauty” for my next appointment in a month’s time. Thank you to Sanaz & Mona for being so welcoming when other salon was not. Very happy client, Ingrid

   I booked to get my nails done on the same day I went in. When I got there, she started doing my nails and all seemed going well. Then someone else came in saying they had an appointment. That’s when the lady that was doing my nails started to rush. She did my nails quite quickly after that and kept looking at her watch. Now, only 2 weeks after them getting done, 3 nails have chipped. The paint has fallen off.

   This saloon used to have great customer service but since staff changed, customer service has changed. Today I entered asking if there is space to remove sheelac and was met with "I'm getting my eye brows done as am going on holiday", is this what you tell your customer?

   Very good experience here at My beauty salon. I came after 5 pm and they give me very professional advice regarding my hair. I have a lot of white hair and I’m careful with chemicals. The advice and the plan was convenient for me. I Dyed my hair and eyebrows and it looks much much better. I was happy with the price and I have got a discount. People were very friendly and careful. Even it’s a small place it’s cosy and welcoming. Definitely I will come back.
