   We came to this spa as part of the luxury half day package. The food at The Classroom was a brilliant start and it only got better once we got to the spa. We had a very relaxing massage and full use of the spa which included a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We also had the space to ourselves which was an added bonus. Amazing value for money - would definitely recommend!

   That was my second and last visit to the salon for haircut. I have a thick hair that grows quickly. On my second visit the trainning hairdresser was rather unpleasant not talking at all, pretending that she can't understand me. I needed to change the style that I wanted and I have been made to feel guilty that my hair is thick, by her moody attitude. She did not follow her tutor's advise for cutting, so I needed to stop her in order for her to not mess totally my hair. Two tutors were involved in my haircut and at the end the training hairdresser was bussy to chat with her fellow students but not to observe and listen to her tutor. It is true that the service is cheaper but sitting on the chair for 2.5 hours haircut and constantly worrying if I will look fine at the end, worth the price of £22. Overall, not happy with the service provided from the training hairdresser. I will not visit again.

   Tried their spa experience which included a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for 2hrs for £20pp. Very welcoming staff and excellent environment. Total of 9 people in our session. They provide you with towels, gown and sleepers. Would definitely visit again! Be aware that you might be asked to give a booking deposit over the phone to confirm your reservation.

   Always really lovely service. The students are great and if there are any issues the tutors are always happy to assist. Sometimes services take a little longer with the students but that’s to be expected when they’re learning and is reflected in the good prices. I’ve had massages, gel nails and facials and all have been to a good standard and well priced.

   I bought the spa day package with treatments for me and my mum. The value for money was excellent. The staff were very friendly and quick to settle us in, we were running late but they were so accommodating. The spa facilities (hot tub, hot beds, steam room and sauna) were amazing, very clean and as it was so quiet, it was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I have had. I'd really recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day. The package included a two course meal in the restaurant which was also fantastic.

   STAFF DAY OUT* We arrived at the spa and were greeted by lovely staff. Offering to put our flowers in water and were overall very friendly. We had a lovely experience from start to finish. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The only suggestion we may add is to provide recyclable wet bags to put your swimwear in afterwards. This was followed by a delish lunch at The Classroom; Great menu choices, great food, great service. The non-alcoholic drinks were especially impressive! One of us had a hot stone massage that was unbelievable and she couldn't recommend it enough. We can't wait to return! Kindest regards, Pole Twisters

   Myself and 3 friends booked the spa day, £30 for use of the spa and a 2 course meal. The value for money was fantastic, the spa included hot tub, sauna and stream room as well as a dry flotation tank. I also added on a back massage which was very good. The 2 course meal was delicious and service throughout the spa and restaurant was excellent.

   Having been recommended the services by many colleagues, I decided to try out Urbasba and I have never been disappointed. I now use the facilities and services regularly, as it is an incredibly affordable way to access luxury spa experiences. The staff are attentive, professional and highly skilled - the training students are no exception. I would love to recommend Leah, who does my eyebrows, as she is very good at listening to exactly what the customer wants and Roshni, who cuts my hair beautifully, especially in comparison the the popular chain salon I was going to before.
