It is such an honour to be a client at the best salon in Weston. The staff have been so helpful, understanding and supportive during what have been for me very difficult physical and emotional times. I always come from my appointments with the amazing staff there feeling so much better. Thanks to Vicky for turning my unruly mop into a style.

Headlines is by far the best salon i have been to in years. After trying multiple different salons in Weston for multiple years no one has been as invested as headlines, i went to them after a previous salon had damaged my hair and completely ignored what i wanted from them, i had multiple visits with John who understood exactly what my hair needed and what i wanted. On my last visit i had Sophie, who i absolutely loved, it is the first time in YEARS my hair has felt a bit like me!! They aren't over priced and they really know what they are doing. I have taken my children there for their hair cuts since, for £20 you get a wash, cut and blowdry, the girls LOVED it and Sophie again was fantastic with the girls and really made them feel valued and special, as it should when you get your hair done. Thank you for being honest and transparent and really listening and caring about value for money but also ensuring our hair is the best it can be both in looks and health! So glad to have found a salon i can trust!!
A great salon, and the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to Headlines 3 times now and I’ve never been disappointed. I have just got a balayage done by Kirsty and she was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at ease from the minute you step inside. John is excellent when it comes to giving advice on colour, and definitely knows exactly what he’s talking about, after previously trying to fix my bad experience a year ago from another salon he was so honest with what they could do to fix it. The only salon I trust with my hair. Thank you so much Headlines, I now have beautiful hair once again! :)

I was contemplating writing this review for over a month, thinking I'm going to give my hair a chance to grow a bit. I only had haircut done. Unfortunately, after a month my hair are the same horrible as straight after the haircut and after 2 weeks. I still cannot style my hair as I would like to. I have never had so much trouble with my hair after the cut as I have now. Lady who had done my cut has no idea how to create/style short hair/haircut. She might be better with long hair but she should never touch short hair. I wanted feminine cut, with layers (my hair were long enough to create this and I showed her photos of what I want) instead I got "square" hair, almost like I cut my hair myself. My fringe (!) is impossible to style, that bad the haircut is. I will never go there again. Maybe there are better hairdressers over there but I went there 3 times (long time distance between first 2 and last one) and always been with the same person (first 2 times were ok'ish', not great but not as bad as last time). This lady seem to me like she was almost afraid to cut my hair, unsure what to do. She was constantly asking, looking for guidance. I thought that hairdressers with years of experience should be helping, and guiding what looks good, what suits the shape of your face and head, STYLING and not asking milion questions all the time. I had to point out few times to her that what she does, doesn't look ok and I want it differently. Very disappointed, I even cried afterwards feeling so, so ugly. Still feeling like that unfortunately, especially when I try to style my hair and it's not looking the way I want. Poor experience I cannot forget. Also, £28 and blow-dry not included in the price. If I went to mens hair salon I would pay probably £15 and job would have been done better. You pay more just because you're woman.

Every member of the team is so lovely. The loveliest, warmest welcome, which they've somehow managed to continue delivering through masks and screens and sanitizer! Expert advice, competitive prices and I always walk out the door feeling a million dollars!
