   Lou does the most beautiful work on my nail extensions and I always come away from an appointment feeling better than I did going in. When I first met Lou she didn’t make a fuss about my clubbed thumb (which has often lead to other salons turning me away) and just went with the flow of making sure I had a nail on it that lasted so much longer than previous manicures ever had. I originally went to Lou to treat myself before a wedding, and as I’ve had with previous nail techs I thought I would be a one and done job, but with her amazing work and hours of chat and laughter as she does my nails, Lou has fully converted me to a nail girlie. I genuinely look forward to seeing her every month for a good natter and a beautiful new set of nails.
