   Cancellation fee scam! Was charged seventy five pounds for re scheduling my appointment 3 days in advance. When I asked for this to be refunded I had a one sentence reply about a week later saying " see what they could do" never heard back from them again despite 4 emails chasing my request. I think they rely on making money through cancellations, 24 hours notice, even 48 hours notice at a push is standard, but 3 days!!! They know full well that people have busy lives and may need to cancel or re schedule the appointment so it's a nice little earner for them. Terrible customer service and a mediocre experience in the salon itself. If they are underhanded in this respect, what else are they cutting corners on?

   I had my annual brow top up (microblading) with Charlotte two weeks ago and I could not be happier! I didn't leave a review last year but should have. My brows faded out beautifully unlike some of my friends' brows that were done elsewhere. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! If you're on the fence, do it!

   Love visiting Cardiff beauty clinic, I have my treatments with Charlotte who is lush, I feel like I’ve known her for years. Super professional and makes you feel so comfortable! Also had lip blush done with Charlotte, which was amazing. She round the perfect shade to suit me and couldn’t be happier with the results. Looking for my next treatment to keep going back :) would give from more than 5* if I could!!

   Absolutely phenomenal results from IPL with Charlotte. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Simply the best there is - putting me totally at ease when dealing with intimate areas. I'd recommend to anyone with no hesitation!

   So glad I found Cardiff Beauty Clinic… I’d had my brows micro bladed years ago by someone else and I’d never been very happy with them, but Charlotte fixed them right up from shape to colour. Finally - no more pencil! She is a brow wizard!! Also had my lip blush done here, which is so pretty, I love it!! Highly recommend!

   I received a treatment of 6 dermaroller sessions with Charlotte- the change in my skin has been amazing! After the initial session, I knew exactly what to expect next time and started looking forward to my next session to see more improvements. The staff are so lovely and immediately put you at ease. I never felt pressured into any treatments and was given a lot of information. I’ve since been back for some additional treatments to compliment my new skin! Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of services at this clinic.

   I’m writing this review in retrospect (booked through booksy in 2019) as I was trying to give this clinic a benefit of the doubt. Initially I booked fibroblast treatment with this clinic but after chatting with the staff there I decided to opt for hifu instead. I had it done before abroad and the sensation with this one was completely different and literally felt like the machine wasn’t doing anything. I questioned it at the time but was told I must have had it done on a different machine and it wasn’t in the U.K. so they probably use completely different technique hence the sensation was different. I accepted that explanation thinking maybe she was right but deep down it made me feel very uneasy. I haven’t seen ANY effect of this session despite waiting for months. I could have just chucked away the money I paid for it (and it was almost £400!). The reason I’m writing this review today is because I went to another beauty salon in Wales today and surprise, surprise the sensation that’s very typical for hifu was there and when I described my experience from this place to my new beauty therapist she literally told me I should have questioned it more at the time as clearly the machine wasn’t working as intended (apparently there are a lot cheap ones on the market that will do absolutely nothing!). Additionally, the lady who performed it for me was stinking of cigarettes which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, don’t waste your money.
