Had a set of acrylics last month and within a few days one nail snapped, went back and they fixed it .. had another set this month and within few days 2 nails snapped. They reluctantly fixed them for free but told me if it happens again it’s my own fault! Won’t be going back there again

I booked an appointment a week in advance for today , Saturday at 9.30am for infills with French tip and gel colour toes with French tip .i was quoted £58. I waited until 9:55 to be seen . I then was told to hold on as 6 people came in and there were three staff so they had overbooked. Another customer came back into the shop with half finished nails and her cash to pay. He then said to me two mins and finished the customers nails . He started to do my nails at 10:25 am. At 11am the same thing happened again they had overbooked more customers than the three staff they had working there . Once they were finished with my nails the lady at the till said £63 I told her that was different to what I was quoted and she said it’s because the French tip I have has a curve so it’s an extra £6. As they only accept cash I had withdrawn £60 only and explained that was different to what I was quoted she then screamed at the other colleges across the shop and said raised her voice to me and said next time you pay more . This is after them being an hour late . There will not be another time . I will not be going back there again and I would advise anyone not to go there . They change the prices as they go along and do not stick to appointment times . Previously I have been told £28 for a new set then again £32 and again £26 all in one phone call . It’s a nightmare when they only accept cash as you have to draw the amount out closest to what they decide to charge . Three hours for nails , to be spoken to poorly and to have waited without even being acknowledged for half hour at the start. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere .

My girlfriend went in to get her nails done she had an appointment at 1 and they took 45 minutes to actually start her nails by the time they had started she didn’t have enough time for all her services she wanted doing. She asked for an almond shape and they completely messed that up she ended up asking them to take off the nails half way through as she said they weren’t the colour or shape she has asked for. She’s come out with cuts all over her nails with how rough they were. I am disgusted with how she was treated and would not recommend anyone to go to this nail salon.

First time visit. Walk in or appointment based. The Gentleman who did my nails was very gentle and they look brilliant. It was a comfortable and warm inside. Perfect shape, length and kept checking I was happy throughout the process.

I booked an appointment over the phone for my nails to be taken off and a new set put on! When I came to my appointment I was told no, and that they didn’t have enough time so they would just give me an infill. I told them I had booked and he still continued to say no they didn’t have enough time! My appointment was at 13:15? So I wasn’t the last appointment of the day! When the man was filling my nails with the electric file my nails were burning where he simply wasn’t paying attention and just rushing! I then asked for a simple design in my chosen colour from the colours on display and was told no they don’t have that colour, when asked for a French manicure I was also told no again because again they didn’t have the colour! I’m not one to complain ever! But I feel they just didn’t care, and wanted me out of the salon! I have visited around 5 times before and haven’t had any issues but after today I won’t be visiting again!

I went for a gel manicure. Was told that it would cost £25. When I went to pay they told me it was £30. They told me I'd had a luxury manicure. My nails are nicely painted but there was nothing luxury about the experience. Started 15 minutes late, no hand cream or massage. Didn't even soak my nails. Really disappointed.

My daughter phoned this morning for two appointments, pedicure and manicure was quoted £38, and a pedicure for myself for £25. They had started the treatment before saying the charges were more! Then charges were added but by bit. My daughter was being charged £53 and I £30 The actual treatments were not up to standard lumpy polish and covered not only nail but skin when pointed this out was told it would wash off would have expected better. Was not prepared to acknowledge that they shouldn't display old price lists and charge more.

Booked an appointment for 2.30 for infils and colour change and had to wait till 14.55 to be seen, even thou 2 weeks ago when I had booked an appointment for 2 of us for 1 o'clock and my mum was late by 15 minutes they refused to see her because they were busy yet they made me wait today! Apart from that quite happy with my nails.
