   i needed to review my will at short notice. After a free advisory meeting, when the options were very clearly explained, I decided to review the will and this was done extremely quickly. I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout and the solicitor came to my home for the signing as I was not able to go to the office. All in all, excellent service.

   I visited Simpson solicitors in Nailsea in 2024 to have my will written. The service I received after this first meeting was very poor. I contacted my solicitor several times but was fobbed off & even ignored. I put my review on Google in 2025. I was contacted by Michelle Baden-Daintree who admittedly restored my trust in Simpsons solicitors by listening to me, continued communication and just general being a nice and kind person. I now have my will completed. I would recommend seeing Michelle to guide you through the legal system for whichever service you need.

   My husband and I found the staff professional and friendly. We were put at ease as soon as we were introduced to the solicitor dealing with our request. They explained everything very well and did not put pressure on us to make quick decisions. We had to see a different solicitor when we had sorted out our affairs, as the original solicitor wasn’t available. This was not a problem as she was up-to-date with information from our previous appointment and was happy to go through other information that we were not sure we had understood properly before. Nothing was too much trouble and we did not feel we were being hurried. Would use for other services.

   I had an appointment at Simpson’s Solicitors with Claire Kindred for making my will. From the moment I stepped inside the door, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from all the staff. I was given a pot of tea on a tray, while I waited just a few minutes for Claire, (I was fifteen minutes early). Claire was so friendly, professional and efficient as well. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything in a patient and empathetic manner. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Claire and Simpsons Solicitors to anyone needing the services of a solicitor, in fact I have already done so.

   My sister and I took my Mum to see Claire Kindred to sign her will. Claire was very thorough, patient and kind. She had already done a great job in drafting the will. Claire has always been available to answer any questions personally and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Simpsons in Nailsea have been reassuring and reliable, exactly what is needed for this type of situation. The individual pots of tea and chocolate digestives were much appreciated too!
