Conveyancing is known to be a slow and antiquated process. Twomlows however make this process even slower and frustration. They are inefficient, outdated and reception staff are officious to the point of comedy. Just avoid the headache and frustration and use another company.
Total shambles. Turned up for appointment to see solicitor re will. She wasn’t available - no phonecall had been made to me. They were then going to let me see someone else and asked for my ID / i hadn’t been told to bring anything. Walked out and will see a more professional solicitor who knows what they are doing. How can you trust a company like this to do your will ???
Wonderful experience at the Chepstow branch. My family and I could not recommend Twomlows enough, we have had two great experiences there. Everyone there was very kind and professional, really great team.
Professional, honest advice and friendly service from the start and throughout. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if the need arose I wouldn’t ‘t hesitate.
AVOID. Literally useless, takes weeks to respond to each enquiry and then doesn't actually address the issue leading to a lengthy back and forth with weeks between each reply that drags on and on. Look for a better solicitor with better reviews!
Terrible experience and rude staff messed up booking, booked in with solicitor that wasn’t even there, not even an apology,
Explained to a lovely lady on the phone that we needed an appointment that week as my husband was away the following week and then we had something that was being looked at in court the following Monday. Appt booked for 4pm on a Friday. Turned up and we were not expected but asked them to check in the diary and we had actually been put in by a person that had conveniently left the day before. Turns out the solicitor we were meant to see wasn’t in on a Friday anyway. Left to wait in a side room for 45 minutes with flies flying around whilst having to listen to a woman In the office next door moaning about how awful a week they’ve had whilst they tried to scramble something together. Shoddy shoddy service. Don’t waste your time or money.
Incredibly friendly staff willing to assist you with any of your queries. As a first timer seeking advice they made it very easy.
