Worst shopping experience ever after years of visiting this store. One cash self check out working almost all card self check out machines have faults. Customers queueing. One member of staff apologetic. Shelves low or empty, Hope you understand why your Customers are leaving morrisons
No cleaning station to wipe shopping carts l,long queues for checkout with less staff and empty stations,they want everyone to use self checkout so they can save money.I have used self checkouts in the past always a bad experience with bag verification, wrong prices etc.I’ve been a loyal customer for years now I’m rethinking my decision.
If you really think I will post my turbulence with Morrison, while spending time to search and go through consumer support bullshit/hell you would be delirious. I do have better things to do in my life. So 1/5 for lying products(overall company) and 2/5 convenience for my local one changing opening times. So 1.5 stars between two ratings, since there are no decimals in rating system, I'm just going to round it up to thee nearest low score, just like Morrisons does with weight, volume and liters. Got out of bed at 6.30, walked down to get some coffee beans for you to be shut? God help you when Christmas comes around. I honestly wish I just waited and went somewhere else. Local bus transport starts around 6.00, so where do you think the people waiting at the bus stop are going to go for they're dinners and drinks, tobacco? Not you anymore obviously they will just wait until they get to tesco in Bradford town. People from the buses were going to get some items but they couldn't because your OPENING AT 7!!! the only reason I come here early is because that's where the buses are. You literally have around 20 customers waiting to get in and lost about 10. Opening at 7 is a stupid idea, when I come early morning there's always people in and out. You've lost about ten customers this morning, pulling up seeing your opening at 7 then going somewhere else. I'm now stood here freezing having to wait 20 minutes. I'll just go somewhere else next time. When the doors opened just then, everybody started running because we are in a rush and gonna be late !!!!! Another thing that baffles me is, someone actually gets paid a salary to make these DUMB decisions. How stupid. My girlfriend works in one of the retail shops and non of the staff can get anything before they start work anymore. They go elsewhere
It's okay but I prefer going to Asda now as things are a lot cheaper there then Morrisons. Still, there is a good variety of products!
I love Morrisons but selling out to the stock market hasn't done the customers any favours with standards beginning to slip. The managers seem to have lost their priorities. The café and hot food stalls seem to be understaffed and overworked. Worst of all, for some time now there's been hardly any (sometimes none at all) strawberry jam in their famous doughnuts despite the price for them going up. So it has to be 4 stars from me instead of 5. Ken will be turning in his grave.
Fabulous variety of products. The salad is what I usually go in for and sometimes a few of the items are not there- but usually a good selection is available. They seem to have cut down on the snacks available for the meal deal recently. Not too sure why this is. The doughnuts from here are great and their bakery items are always so fresh and tasty. Staff are helpful and friendly and will help out if asked.
Shame that the store managers think that Covid is over and put the Halloween display Infront of the trolley/basket cleaning equipment and hand sanitizer. If you want to keep customers then keep protecting them and give us a choice. Thankfully the lady on the customer service desk was helpful and had some under her counter.
