   First time ever getting my nails done (I went with biab, natural vibe) , my nail tech was so patient and lovely!. Super gentle and always checking in. I was a bit anxious with seeing certain reviews but honestly, would highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

   I go here all the time and I love my nails every time. They are gentle, efficient and also patient with me choosing my colour. They make me feel extremely welcome with immediate acknowledgment as I enter. The staff offer me free cold and hot drinks. They also always ensure I making the right choice for the health of my nail so I always feel well looked after. The team work extremely hard and produce excellent nails! Biabs and infills are my go to. I also have been recently going all in with getting toes done as well. But it’s so worth it because I love the great work! It’s a genuine treat that lasts about a month. A very happy investment for me. Thank you from your regular

   Amazing the best I’ve been to! My sister and I have been coming here since September 23 and have never left unhappy. The staff are so attentive and kind, the prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. The photos show each of my sets 10/10

   In all my years of getting my nails done I have never had such a luxury service as the one I just received here. I always get a little bit nervous going to a new place but I had no need to be! From the moment I set foot in the establishment I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to get my nails just how I wanted them. I was struggling with colour and shape and if I should go back to acrylic or not. They were very patient with me. The decor is of highest standard here, it’s stunning and it is 5 stars for hygiene and cleanliness, absolutely spotless. I was made to feel welcome and was offered a drink as I got my nails done. The pedicure is the best I have ever received and very relaxing, the lady who did my pedicure was very understanding and patient with me when I was finding it ticklish. The hot stones at the end was a wonderful relaxing surprise. Thank you very much to everyone for such a brill service. I will absolutely be coming back!

   I have been going to Cardiff nails every 4 weeks for nearly a year now and I have had no snaps or chips the whole time! Ann has done my nails many times as well and she’s recently just done my birthday nails and I am in love !! If I can find out how I can upload a photo on here I will!!!

   When I saw this place and the reviews I expected very high standards. Especially how much they charge for appalling results. I had my nails done I had paid £50!!! For an acrylic nails and French tip. When the person who did my nails, I myself had to remind him they weren’t thick enough he had left bits of my nail undid and when he did my nail varnish he did one coat and it came out terribly. With my anxiety I didn’t say anything I had just hoped that next time I went it would be better. Then about 4 days past and one of my nails snapped (prior to a cardboard box I was ripping) I work very hard for my money so when I spend £50 on nails ! to make myself feel better I am not happy at all. I had only had them done here because my last nail tech was also awful. And when I came in to get it redone there was also another girl in for the exact same problem. And when my nails did eventually all fall off my real nail was so damaged and thin nothing I’ve experienced before from acrylic nail! The staff were very nice, but I am very disappointed in the way my nails got left after spending so much when they looked about £15! Also spends way to much time filling the nail and it hurts real bad! Also when I got them redid I felt so uncomfortable because they talk in their language and stare at you so god knows what they could be saying? (I find it really unprofessional).

   thank you for all your help today. i thoughly thought i was in a vip nail bar. who makes you they you feel bery relaxed and very polite they make you feel very at ease. being disabled the help does not go without saying .and inside the nail bar is very calm and very helpful . coffee, cold water or even a choice of cold cans to have thank you you everyone in the shop for youur help and support. ladies if you want to be in a beautiful salon ,then this is the one to be in. i would recomend this nail bar.had an amazing experiance the first time i visited the salon
